I had the opportunity of meeting him in person, one time when he came to Kohler Mexico. When they told us of his visit, we thought he was coming only to meet with the company managers, but it didn’t end up that way. He joined us for a food and greeted each of us with such gratitude and always, always with a smile – this captivated us, he made us feel like we were such an important part of Kohler. Rest in peace.
